The developer who releases an allocation before it is advertised, the lender who reads a non-resident file, the broker who knows which boat is quietly for sale. None of them answer a form. They answer people they have already done business with, which is where we spend our time.
Both sides vetted
We check the counterparty's ownership, track record and capacity before you meet them, and we make sure your side is ready before they see it. That is what stops a deal collapsing at the point where it becomes expensive to collapse.
